Impulsive decision to deactivate my Facebook.
I don’t want to delete it permanently, because I have a very long message thread going on with Robbie that I like to go back and read occasionally and I don’t want that info to be lost. I want to be able to reactivate it if I want to see those messages.
BUT, I only use Facebook to chat with Robbie and roll my eyes at people from behind my computer screen. It’s a big waste of time. I need to get rid of it so I can waste more time on other [better] sites.
Plus I can’t wait to see how many people try and find me elsewhere on the interwebs (like this here blog) to get their stalking fix. I’ve gotta be the least interesting person to internet stalk, but based on Google Analytics, there are quite a few people out there who follow me around. How you doin’?
Plus Kelsey said that if I left, she would leave too.
So join us in our pact to leave Facebook! It’ll be like that pregnancy pact, only far, far less idiotic.
